Terms and Conditions
Project Completion and Ownership TransferUpon final approval and delivery of the website by RightfulSites, ownership of the website, design, and associated files will be transferred to the client. The project will then be deemed complete, and this agreement fulfilled. Post-Completion ResponsibilityAfter ownership transfer, the client assumes full responsibility for all aspects of the website, including but not limited to hosting, domain registration, renewals, security, backups, maintenance, software updates, content management, and compliance with applicable laws. Fees and ServicesNo ongoing monthly fees or subscriptions are required. Any additional services are optional and subject to a separate agreement. The client will receive a number of complimentary development hours dependent on their template selection upon signing. Additional development time may be purchased at $55 per hour and will be billed accordingly. Limitations of LiabilityRightfulSites shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, downtime, security breaches, data loss, loss of revenue, or business impact arising from the use or operation of the website after project completion. No Performance GuaranteesRightfulSites does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, conversions, brand recognition, or business success.
